Orthopaedic Cupping (AKA myofascial decompression or cupping) is a form of cupping using negative decompression to treat fascial adhesions rather than the muscle directly. Fascia is the cling film type connective tissue that envelopes every muscle in the body. Once the fascia is released then the muscle can be treated more efficiently, and less painfully. 5 minutes of cupping is equal to 30 minutes of deep tissue massage.

If you would like more than one area addressed (i.e. your back and your legs) please choose a 90 minute massage. If you are only wanting one area addressed an hours massage will ensure enough time his allocated for you.

There is no extra time added to your massage, the cupping is included in your preferred massage time. View less
